At Homeux, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, here’s how our policy works:

  • Returns – You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

  • Refunds – Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items – Gift cards, downloadable products, and personal care items.

  • Return Shipping Costs – Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective or damaged.
